The Miramichi Kinsmen are proud to share that at our last General Meeting of the year (June 13th) we donated over $20,000! Donations include $7500 to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (Atlantic), $3000 to the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation, $2500 to ALS Society of Canada (Atlantic), $2500 to the Stan Cassidy Centre for Rehabilitation, $2500 for Miramichi Ground Search and Rescue, $2500 to the Friends of Beaubears Island, $1000 to the Kin Canada Bursaries Program and $1000 to the Roots of Empathy Program. We would like to thank the community for supporting our fundraising efforts, it allows us to support these and many other causes as we continue to “serve the community’s greatest needs”.
