Sunday morning members of the Miramichi Kinsmen went to Walmart to collect all of the toys for our annual toy drive. We were able to help over 200 children in need from around the Miramichi area. A special thank you to Wade Humphreys and Tim Hortons for partnering with us for the Smile Cookie Campaign, without it we wouldn’t be able to do such a project as large as this. We would also like to thank Walmart and their staff for all of their help and Miramichi Honda for their trailer to haul all of the toys with. But the biggest thank you goes to people of the Miramichi area who bought smile cookies to support this great project, there’ll be 200 more children with smiles on their faces this Christmas morning because of you!
