Founder’s Night & Special Announcement
Well it was quite a celebration in Miramichi today which started this afternoon with the raising of flag for 100 Years of Kin Canada!
At our meeting tonight we shared stories of the amazing work and impact we have had in our community!
We installed our newest member, Shane Barry. Officially, welcome to Kin Shane!
We presented Tim Saunders with this 20+ Years of Service Award and also Tom King with his 30+ Years of Service award.
There was also one other very special announcement to make. The Life Membership award in Kin Canada is awarded to members who truly embody all aspects of Kin: Service, Leadership and Fellowship. We are proud to announce Kin Canada’s newest Life Members!
Congratulations to Tom King, Steve Myles and Tim Saunders! The impact of your service, leadership and mentorship to our club and this association is immeasurable and we are proud to say this was a unanimous club decision!
The actual award presentation will take place later this year, but we felt it was the perfect time to make this announcement on Founders Night!
