First Annual First Responders Breakfast

Posted By on February 26, 2017

Saturday was the “National day of KINdness” for every Kin related club in Canada. From coast to coast, each club performed random acts of “KINdness” to better our communities. The Miramichi Kinsmen proudly hosted a First Responders breakfast for the area’s first responders. We were glad to show our appreciation to the local Police, Firefighters, Paramedics, Ground Search and Rescue, Prison Guards and RCMP who all perform an outstanding service for our community – exemplified by the fact the Miramichi Firefighters just finished battling a massive house fire that morning. During the breakfast we presented our $1000 donation to Miramichi Ground Search and Rescue. Special thanks goes out to Paddy Quinn and Darcey McLaughlin from 95.9 SunFM who helped serve and clean tables as well as helping with the PR!
