The Kin Canada Foundation was founded in 2005 to further Kin Canada's mission of community service. The
Foundation is a registered charitable corporation supported by voluntary contributions from Kinsmen, Kinettes and friends
of the Kin Canada Foundation.
The Foundation assists the Association by working to raise funds to enable Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin clubs and
to be better serve Canadian communities. Numerous Canadian charities will also be direct beneficiaries of the Foundation's
funds.
Introduced in August 2007, the prestigious Hal Rogers Fellow program recognizes individual Kin, Associate Members, alumni, as well as non-Kin who, by their leadership, accomplishments and
community endeavours, have demonstrated the high ideals to which Founder Hal Rogers was committed.
The Hal Rogers Fellow is the highest award conferred by the Kin Canada Foundation. Proceeds will assist in the creations
of a permanent endowment fund that will continue to support the work of Kin Canada and its Foundation.
The Foundation is grateful to its Director Emeritus, Diane Rogers, who has been an active supporter of the Kin Canada Foundaton.
She has also been the driving force behind completing and launching the Hal Rogers Fellow program, named in her father's
honour.
Clubs are invited to find out how they can benefit from the Foundation, and we encourage all Canadians to support the work
of Kinsmen and Kinettes by supporting the Kin Canada Foundation. Remember, a gift to the Kin Canada Foundation is
a 'Gift that Gives Forever.'
